​Maple Campfire Dip & Grill Recipes

1. Maple Campfire Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ cup Jordan Ridge Maple Campfire Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Roll into balls.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Brush with Maple Campfire Sauce and bake 5 more minutes. Serve warm!

2. Maple-Glazed Chicken Breasts

  1. Grill chicken until almost cooked through.
  2. Brush on Maple Campfire Sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
  3. Flip once, brush again, and serve hot.

3. Campfire Chicken Wings

  1. Grill or bake wings until crispy.
  2. Toss or brush generously with Maple Campfire Sauce.
  3. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

4. Cedar Planked Salmon

  1. ​Soak cedar plank for 1 hour.
  2. Place salmon on plank, brush with Maple Campfire Sauce.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

5. Maple Veggie Dip

Mix ½ cup Maple Campfire Sauce with ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for a smoky-sweet veggie dip.

6. Campfire Stir Fry Glaze

Stir 2–3 tablespoons Maple Campfire Sauce into your favourite veggie or chicken stir fry for a sweet, smoky finish.

Mix equal parts Mrs. J’s Sauce and mayonnaise. Perfect on hot dogs or burgers.

2. Devil Eggs Like Mama’s

Mash 6 egg yolks with 2 tbsp Mrs. J’s Sauce and 1 tbsp mayo. Spoon into whites and top with paprika.

3. Oven-Baked Minute Steaks

Place steaks in a baking dish, cover with Mrs. J’s Sauce, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Add pork sausages and ½ cup Mrs. J’s Sauce to crock pot. Cook on low 4–6 hours.

5. Mrs. J’s Perogies

Serve perogies with a spoonful of warmed Mrs. J’s Sauce instead of sour cream.
